Improve the performance of your machine tool with a high pressure SEI FILTRATION system. Due to the thermal shock, very high temperatures can be reached in the working area, thus creating a vapor barrier that prevents the coolant from reaching the cutting zone optimally. Applying a high-pressure refrigeration system prevents the formation of this barrier by greatly improving machining performance of the machine tool.

ELIGIBILITY

Machine tools (internal spindle insertion) for drilling and milling operations with the use of REFRIGERANT or EMULSIONATED oil. Available with flow pressures ranging from 15 to 100 Bar, they offer lubrication coolers with optimum filtration values up to 5 μm for high precision machining.
